About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate customers’ Housing loans accounts
• Prepare and input customers’ Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval
• Prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers
• Follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers’ letter of offer reworks
• Conduct customers loan redemption interviews
• Support ad-hoc assignments by Management and Department Head

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate with people at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
• A team player with dedication to providing premium services, quality performance and speed on execution
• Self-driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
