About the Department

Our department focuses on providing exceptional service to our corporate and financial institution clients, ensuring we meet their cash and trade product needs effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all eChannels related enquiries for Corporates and Financial Institutions in connection with their Cash/Trade Products & Services.
• Engage with clients effectively in a client-facing role while coordinating internal and external activities.
• Manage diverse enquiries of varying complexity, resolving customer issues and working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Operations partners.
• Prioritize and manage multiple customer enquiries simultaneously to ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, thorough communication, and training.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with Customers & Business Partners.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial banking products and the overall industry.
• Understanding of e2e system flows and requirements for effective presentation to Customers.
• Experience in H2H system/file integration/SCORE FIN/FILEACT, data mapping, and various payments/collections across Asia.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like JDE, SAP, etc.
• Attention to detail, team player, ownership, and a drive for results to support business growth.
• Adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards.
