JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work closely with the research team and early childhood education professionals to design and administer questionnaires and conduct focus group discussions.

• Liaise with childcare centre colleagues and families to coordinate data collection.

• Organise research data and maintain research records while ensuring completeness and accuracy of data collected.

• Support the preparation of proposals, reports, and presentations when required.

Qualification/Requirement

• Minimum Diploma and above.

• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel or Google Sheets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

• Great organisation and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and comfortable working with data sets, i.e., consolidation of questionnaire responses.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-directed learner who actively picks up new skills to design solutions for challenges faced.
