Senior Officer [Banking - Fund Finance]

As a Fund Finance Senior Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating the closing and ongoing management of loans, collaborating with the internal back-office and treasury teams. You will also play an important role in credit approval processes, conducting investor analysis, and ensuring compliance through KYC/AML procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate the closing and daily loan operations in collaboration with internal back-office and treasury teams.
2. Conduct investor analysis to support the credit approval process for fund finance transactions.
3. Perform ongoing credit monitoring and generate annual rating review reports.
4. Conduct KYC/AML investigations and reporting for both new and existing client accounts.
5. Prepare internal performance and accounting reports for the SG Branch and TKO Head Office.
6. Participate in fund finance initiative projects and assist with the implementation process.
7. Play a key role in loan administration, credit monitoring/analysis, and internal reporting to support the fund finance business.
8. Drive the implementation of fund finance initiatives.
9. Provide support for ad-hoc tasks and projects related to various aspects of the fund finance business.
10. Contribute to the team's performance and work efficiency improvements.
11. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance.
2. Experience in a middle-office or administrative role within a bank.
3. Strong understanding of corporate banking products and operations.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed credit and performance analysis reports.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Ability to understand and adapt to the bank’s policies and procedures (credit, employment, compliance, conduct, etc.).
7. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
