Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care of patients.
• Ensures patient care delivery is in compliance with nursing care standards.
• Provides counseling to patients and family members.
• Implements the discharge care plan for patients.
• Reviews clinical pathways, policies, and guidelines in nursing.
• Assists in audit procedures.
• Manages staff performance appraisals.

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
• Registered nurse with at least 9 years of post-registration clinical experience, including 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager.
• Able to work two rotating shifts.
