Senior Clinical Nurse Lead

About the Role

• Takes charge of entire clinical nursing practice in a Senior Care Centre.
• Leads nursing care for elderly clients, including fall risks and hospitalization processes.
• Manages medical procedures in the event of an outbreak of infectious diseases.
• Conducts client assessments during admissions and periodic reviews.
• Participates in multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Oversees adequacy of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing – Fully Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or eldercare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses a passionate disposition to care for frail seniors.
• Able to conduct care programs for seniors, including daily news/healthcare reviews/cooking therapy/art & craft/singing/dancing, reminiscence therapy, etc.

• Lead and manage a team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of elderly clients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
