Senior Network Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Design & Implement: Analyze business needs and architect high-performance network solutions.
2. Security First: Plan, engineer, and maintain robust security measures to safeguard network environments.
3. Network Optimization: Configure, operate, and fine-tune network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches using industry best practices.
4. Continuous Innovation: Review and enhance network resilience, adopting new solutions to improve performance.
5. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level network operations support, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents proactively.

What You Bring to the Team

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: 7+ years in a similar role with hands-on expertise in network operations, troubleshooting, and design.
3. Network Expertise: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, and Security principles.
4. Infrastructure & Architecture: Proven experience in designing campus networks, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and SD-WAN.
5. Hardware Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, Meraki switches/routers/wireless controllers and Palo Alto/Fortinet firewalls.
6. System Administration: Familiarity with Linux/Windows/Docker, including AD, DHCP, DNS, NTP, and AAA servers (NPS, ISE).
7. Network Automation (NetDevOps): Knowledge of automation tools like Python, Ansible, and Git.
8. Certifications: CCNP/CCIE or equivalent professional qualifications highly preferred.
9. Soft Skills: Strong communication & coordination skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Availability: Ability to provide on-call support when needed.
11. Passion & Adaptability: Eager to innovate, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
