Job Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of mechanical design and engineering including conceptual design, basis of design, scope of work, development of construction documents.
Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders, as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Liaise with relevant organizations, agencies, vendors and clients to implement plans and ensuring that the project meets the quality and safety standards.
Manage company assets, equipment rental and manpower to ensure optimal utilization and cost.
Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the detailed mechanical design of municipal scale wastewater treatment systems (if needed).
Lead a team of mechanical engineers and develop core technical competencies to ensure company stays competitive in provide value added products / services to customers.
Assist in proposal preparation; contract preparation and negotiation; coordination with regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent qualification recognized by PEB.
Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant working experiences.
Must possess Environmental, Water or Waste Water Engineering experiences.
Able to lead and motivate a team as well as adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Able to communicate clearly with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedbacks.
