Senior Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Attend site meetings with consultants;
2. Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
3. Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
4. Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works;
5. Supervise the progress of M&E works on site;
6. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
2. 5~8 years of working experience in main contractor companies, preferably in large scale projects;
3. Able to work independently and possess strong leadership qualities.
