Position: Senior Marketing Manager (APAC Peritoneal Dialysis)

Type: Permanent

Work Location: Open to Discuss, either Singapore or Any Baxter Office in SEA

Reporting Manager: General Manager ANZ and Marketing Director, APAC

Job Scope: This role will have PD marketing responsibilities across APAC and be the bridge and multiplier between APAC and Global.

PD marketing scope includes i) alignment of PD strategic initiatives across APAC to drive the achievement of commercial objectives alongside Global priorities, ii) ensuring excellence in execution of regional commercial strategy, and iii) supporting new product/service launch and expansion of existing product adoption through cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Communications, Market Access and country commercial teams.

Job Descriptions:

  • Work with global/country marketing teams to understand barriers to adoption, key stakeholders’ pain points and brand perception and ensure APAC voice of customer is considered in Global marketing communications
  • Develop overall APAC marketing strategy that aligns country plans and business needs with Global strategic priorities to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate with country and functional partners to ensure consistent planning process regionally for GTM strategies regarding product/service launch and growth initiatives (positioning, messaging, commercial execution etc.)
  • Conduct post-launch/initiative analysis with countries to track execution effectiveness and adjust as necessary to achieve expected goals
  • Optimize product portfolio offering to enhance profitability & sustainability
  • Manage product lifecycle and on-market product management
  • Business reviews, financial forecasting and product allocation. Assist monthly reporting
  • Identify gaps in marketing toolkits and drive development/customization where necessary
  • Identify, establish and promote best practices across the region to enhance marketing competencies within APAC

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; background or experiences in Medical or Clinical preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years marketing experiences with multi-international companies; medical product sales or clinical marketing experiences preferred.
  • Willingness to travel
