Job description

This position is offered as a 1-year contract, with possibilities for conversion to a permanent role or extension.
Note: this is a hybrid role, with 3 days on-site in our clients office.

Monks is hiring for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to work alongside our client, a leading tech organization.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and results-driven marketing professional to generate new business in the international regions, with a key focus in APAC. In partnership with Global, this role focuses on demand generation and optimizing conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel from awareness, consideration to conversion stages, and across multiple channels like Google Search Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Emails, Web and SEO.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and presentation skills. You will be required to collaborate and influence in a matrixed organisation. Our stakeholders include global & regional marketing (product marketing, field marketing, brand), agency partners, operations and sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops audience-first and market-led creative insights and best practices that inform campaign strategies and creative development
  • Partner closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to develop market-led strategies and execute marketing programs
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with regional marketing teams, global marketing, brand, operations, sales development teams and agency partners
  • Measure, monitor, analyse and drive improvement in growth marketing programs
  • Project manage efficiently across multiple workstreams, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders across different time zones
  • Support all APAC Growth Marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience in corporate

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to produce insights from data
  • An experienced project manager, focused on marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Background in managing a multi-channel and campaign marketing program (paid channels (Google, LinkedIn Ads) and owned channels (email, web, SEO) either in-house or through agency
  • Experience in working with international teams in different time zones
  • Working knowledge of common analytical tools and CRM systems, e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics, SFDC, Dynamics, MS Excel pivot tables, etc.
  • Big picture thinking as well as meticulous attention to detail. Ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plan, with clearly defined metrics and performance indicators
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, who is internally driven to succeed with minimal oversight and direction, can balance the need for strategic focus vs execution
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments, with excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
  • Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
