Senior Marketing Manager

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing team for our Retail portfolio programs and assets in Singapore.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Lead the Retail marketing team and work closely to ensure the Retail business and marketing strategy is well understood and executed.
2. Demonstrate deep Retail sector knowledge and experience in effectively acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and external partners.
3. Champion customer centricity, partnering with the team to define market, customer and competitor insights and share to inform better placemaking, customer experience and marketing effectiveness at portfolio and asset level.
4. Lead the retail portfolio marketing and casual leasing/partnerships strategy to inform annual plans and budgets, driving a customer-led focus to strengthen competitive positioning and deliver on business targets.
5. Provide leadership on digital and loyalty initiatives, ensuring a customer-first approach is adopted and a strong focus on performance and measurement.

You will be an experienced retail marketer with deep expertise across team leadership, stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy development, and marketing delivery across owned, earned, and paid channels. You will demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Your highly developed commercial and communication skills enable you to quickly establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and external partners. Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role.
