JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the Sales & Marketing in Singapore to generate leads and close deals.
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies in order to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Hold regular management meetings and log the minutes to identify opportunities and key issues, evaluate customer feedback, and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.
Responsible for performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
Conduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement client interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership.
Conduct marketing surveys to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs on current or new services and new products to new and existing clients.
In-charge of and maintain the Risk Management for the Marketing Department.
Act as Representative and maintain Company ISO system, liaise with the ISO auditors.
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
Establish and articulate project scope, strategy, and objectives to internal clients, production team, and key leadership.
Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Director from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of related working experience in Marketing, Business Administration.
Must possess own car and a valid class 3 driving license.
Possess good interpersonal & communication skills with different levels of people.
