Senior Marketing Executive (Social Media & Community, East) (ID: 669083)

Responsibilities:

• Main job scope is on social media, partnerships, and email marketing.
• Strategize, conceptualise, develop, and execute social media content, strategies, and calendar.
• Strategize the “how” and the “content” with which to amplify our reach and engagement to the right target audience with measurable results.
• Engage customers and audience on platforms including FB, IG, and GMB.
• Identify and cultivate customer-influencers to amplify brand visibility.
• Coordinate and oversee community/media events and exhibitions.
• Own and collaborate on the email marketing strategy with the Sales and/or Operations teams.
• Support and participate in the Group’s other marketing activities and administration.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a marketing, social media, or community management role with measurable results.
• Track record in email marketing, including managing campaigns and automations.
• Able to manage and work with influencers.
• Experience in planning and executing community or media events and exhibitions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Enthusiastic about community management and customer relationship management.
