Job description
Objectives:
Plan and execute assigned Marcom campaigns, activities and events that meet the department’s objectives.
Maximize revenue from leasing of advertising space, atrium and push carts.
The Role:
Plan, develop and execute innovative advertising & promotional programs to enhance the mall’s share of voice and brand visibility.
Liaise with agencies, tenants, external vendors, contractors and event companies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and A&P activities.
Drive revenue growth by managing casual leasing opportunities, including advertising spaces/atriums/push carts. Oversee the day-to-day operations.
Manage communication channels including social media platforms to amplify the mall’s digital presence. Oversee public relations efforts to foster positive brand perception.
Undertake other marketing-related tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department.
The Incumbent:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in a shopping center environment with familiarity in managing campaign budget, mall marketing KPIs such as sales and shoppers’ traffic.
A team player and able to work independently.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
