SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This position requires a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Job Scope:

• Oversee and spearhead creative strategies for the Company’s digital platforms such as Web Domain, Social Platforms, eDM, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Maintain relationships with industry media players to garner organic editorials and manage yearly advertorials within the allocated budget.
• Oversee juniors and ensure work processes are seamless, such as public relations giftings, churning of collaterals, and copywriting of press releases.
• Execute and oversee events, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage media opportunities such as KOL or industry accounts to increase exposure for the company’s product offerings.
• Maintain ongoing campaigns with industry partners to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure promotional periods maximize digital traction and translate to sales.
• Collate and prepare monthly or annual marketing reports.
• Synergize strategies with data collected to maximize digital gains.
• Be involved with photography with Human + Space.
• Report to the direct supervisor for ideas and strategies based on past creatives and rethink successful ideas aligned with the Company’s goals.
• Keep necessary information on track, such as annual budget and sponsor inventory amount.
• Be well-versed with Creative Cloud to create graphics or collaterals for digital and offline materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
