RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a variety of end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You’ll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.
Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the retail team – brochures, in-store collaterals.
Develop messaging and positioning for new products and services.
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc)
Liaise and work closely with in-house graphic team, agencies, media, external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation of marketing activities and deliverables.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing decisions.
Segment customer data to drive CRM campaigns.
Manage social media account and create engaging content.
Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns in achieving the objectives, including impact on leads.
Managing of marketing budgets and expenditure.
Use website CMS to update with content, ensure it’s optimised for SEO and track its performance.
Monitoring of key competitors and market trends
Negotiate and secure promotional tie-ups, spaces, partnerships and sponsorships.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Business or Marketing or Communication or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in advertising & promotion, social media and digital advertising.
Independent, resourceful and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong team player and be able to see other people’s points of view and take on board feedback.
Self-motivated, initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
