Role Overview

The Senior Marketing & Creative Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that promote our private dining, event sales, and social media efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and has a proven track record in the F&B industry. This role requires someone who can blend creative storytelling with business acumen to drive revenue and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies focusing on private dining, event sales, and social media.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, culinary, and creative) to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Private Dining & Event Sales Promotion

  • Create and execute marketing initiatives tailored to highlight our private dining and event offerings.
  • Develop targeted content and campaigns to attract corporate clients, social groups, and special event organizers.
  • Utilize market research and customer feedback to refine messaging and improve service offerings.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and enhance our social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop creative content, including graphics, videos, and written material, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to inform strategy adjustments and optimize campaign performance.

Creative Leadership

  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral and ensure all materials align with the brand’s aesthetic and voice.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops with internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain a strong visual and narrative identity that distinguishes our brand in the competitive F&B landscape.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Present regular reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years in marketing with a focus on the F&B industry, event sales, and social media management.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the hospitality or luxury dining sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and canva for creating compelling visual content.
  • Excellent creative, strategic, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
