Job Description

This KPI-driven role is focused on sustaining and growing revenue and profitability. It requires significant engagement with current and prospective partners to build strong, strategic relationships. The primary markets include, but are not limited to, Indonesia, regional account management, and regional agreement negotiations.

  • Lead Market-Level Commercial Negotiations: Spearhead partnership agreement negotiations within assigned markets to secure competitive terms and drive revenue.
  • Manage Regional Account Relationships: Take ownership of regional account management, fostering strong, strategic relationships with key partners and ensuring consistent support and engagement across the region.
  • Negotiate Regional Agreements: Manage negotiations for partner agreements to streamline terms and create consistent value across markets, positioning Traveloka as a key regional partner.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prioritizing high-value, strategic partners. Act as the face of Traveloka in assigned markets.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a direct report, providing guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with internal teams in product, marketing, and analytics to drive supply effectiveness, price competitiveness, and inventory optimization.
  • Drive Strategic Insights and Business Growth: Provide actionable insights for business strategy and support initiatives in business development, product enhancements, and user experience improvements.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of travel and activities industry dynamics, including competitor models and market trends.
  • Optimize Systems and Processes: Leverage and refine existing business tools to maximize team productivity, ensuring alignment with Traveloka’s operational goals.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Social Science from top local or international universities.
  • Minimum 5 years in travel industry, with specific experience in e-commerce or OTA sales and supply.
  • Understanding of the Experience/Activities and OTA business, with an ability to navigate industry trends.
  • Ability to manage and achieve performance targets.
  • Willingness to travel, conduct partner visits and work beyond office setting as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong intuitions of tourism sectors.
  • A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence.
  • A proactive mindset with ability to foster partnerships.
  • Capable of working autonomously with minimal guidance, demonstrating quick learning and results-driven.
  • Ability to lead a team member.
