Senior Manufacturing Technician

Key Accountabilities

1. Meet production quantity targets as per daily production plan and process quality requirements as specified by the work instructions.

2. Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor to control one main production line/process which may include several sub-assembly processes.

3. Participate in multi-skill training and conduct on-the-job trainings to new technicians.

4. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.

5. Assist to collect/compile quality data for filing/engineering study purpose.

6. Assist to control production materials and perform material cycle count.

7. Actively initiate/participate in workplace safety, 5S and environmentally friendly activities.

8. Perform trouble shooting for testing fall out instruments and parts evaluations as per Engineering requirement.

Requirements

1. Higher Nitec/Nitec certification in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on relevant working experiences.

3. Those without the necessary experiences will be considered for junior technician.

4. High degree of technical competence and creativity of relevant working experience.
