Location: Resmed manufacturing facility at Tuas, Singapore

ResMed is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Project Lead (MPL) to join our Manufacturing Technology & NPI Team in Global Operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate a Manufacturing Cross-Functional Team (XFT) to develop new processes, equipment, and technologies that meet quality, volume, and cost targets.
- Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) at all stages of development, ensuring robust designs and seamless transitions to high-volume manufacturing.
- Engage with internal and external suppliers to assess risks, develop contingencies, and deliver robust project outcomes.
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders, including Product Development, Operations Management, and QAISR reviews.
- Implement and ensure future processes align with GMP, Six Sigma, and LEAN principles for efficient, high-quality production.
- Provide technical expertise during audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Precision Tooling, Performance Moulding NPI, and Supplier Development Engineers to drive operational excellence.
- Solve complex problems independently while mentoring and guiding team members to success.
Let’s Talk About Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) or Product Development environments.
- Strong background in high-volume production and manufacturing processes.
- Formal training in Project Management, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is a plus.
- Track record of delivering high-impact projects with a focus on risk management and process validation.
