Senior Manager, Warehouse Performance

About the position: As part of the EVP office team, you will contribute to the overall APAC strategy by working in close collaboration with the different countries/warehouses in Asia to monitor, support, and improve their warehousing operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, advise, and help the countries to improve the warehouse performance KPIs.
2. Provide support and work with warehouse managers on setting up plans to improve operational and performance metrics.
3. Analyze data to identify key issues in the warehouses.
4. Track progress, advise, and support the loss-making site in their improvement plan.
5. Implement the revenue leakage program across sites.
6. Ensure all operational controls are in place to ensure accurate financials.
7. Work on profitability/gross profit improvement.
8. Reinforce the usage of the standard DSV improvement/sigma tools.
9. Perform operational assessments, improvements, and provide expertise.
10. Act as a change agent to accelerate the execution of the improvement plan.
11. Contribute to enhancing the leadership of operational management.
12. Assist and support commercial in operational topics.
13. Participate in the CS back office rationalization.
14. Ensure timely submission of department reports.
15. Conduct ad hoc analysis or projects.
16. Temporarily replace site managers when required.
17. Perform any other related duties as required.
