About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Services, Senior Manager to oversee and enhance our building operations.
This role requires strong expertise in HVAC/ACMV systems, M&E, and building maintenance, including planning and managing annual power shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the Technical Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
2. Oversee the maintenance and performance of HVAC/ACMV systems, mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment, and building facilities.
3. Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve building issues, including design challenges, defects, and urgent repairs.
4. Plan, coordinate, and manage annual power shutdowns and ensure minimal disruption.
5. Develop and update policies, procedures, and standards to comply with regulations and industry best practices.
6. Work closely with contractors, consultants, and in-house teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective solutions.
7. Plan and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
8. Explore and implement new technologies and efficiency improvements to enhance building performance.
9. Act as the technical advisor for complex engineering and asset management decisions.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
2. Experience: At least 12 years in building facilities management, HVAC/ACMV systems, project management, and fit-outs.
3. Expertise in planning and managing M&E operations, including annual power shutdowns.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.
5. Fire Safety Manager certification is an advantage.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and operations effectively.
