Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, both locally and internationally, in alignment with business goals and emerging employment market trends.
Oversee and inspire a team of recruiters, ensuring a seamless recruitment cycle with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to create effective recruitment strategies and tactical plans to attract top talent across corporate, educational, and support functions.
Drive pipeline strategies to meet key hiring indicators, such as time-to-fill metrics, and support specialized programs like the Management Associate Programme.
Build partnerships with government agencies, corporate entities, and educational institutions for outreach, internships, and talent sourcing initiatives.
Lead employer branding efforts and design targeted recruitment campaigns to attract the right audience.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 8 years specializing in talent acquisition and team management.
