Position Summary
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Life Sciences/ Medical Devices is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Project Manager) to be based in Singapore to work onsite.
As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (Project Manager), you will contribute to Korn Ferry’s growth and profitability goals by delivering best in class recruitment services to our newest RPO client. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the project deliverables. A key objective of the role is to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is consistently maintained and achieved.
In this position, you will manage a team of 6 recruiters based in Japan and Korea, with plans to expand the team into Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, as well as adding more headcount in Japan. You will be instrumental in driving team performance, scaling the recruitment operations across the APAC region, and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic talent goals.
