Job Scopes:

• Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company; multi-level hiring, locally or overseas and people management.
• Motivate and energize the team to always be candidate-friendly.
• Manage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate.
• Ability to organize and run hiring drives.
• Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
• Work closely in partnership with government agencies, corporate partners, and institutions for outreach or offering internships.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum possession of a Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
