Roles & Responsibilities
- Sustainability Reporting
- Develop and manage Certis’ Sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare Sustainability reports which are aligned to international standards such as GRI, ISSB S1 and S2 etc.
- Identify appropriate processes and work closely with various teams to gather relevant information and integrate Sustainability reporting practices across the organization.
- Manage the data collection, analysis and reporting for Sustainability reports and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate with and manage external support (i.e. sustainability advisors, consultants or external assurance auditors) with various teams to ensure the deliverables are according to the contract requirements.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability and ensuring the implications for the organisation are understood and communicated.
- Sustainability Initiatives/ Strategies
- Develop and execute long-term sustainability plans (including but not limited to reducing carbon emissions, reducing climate-related risks on Certis).
- Monitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability project implementations.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to customers, shareholders, Board of Directors and regulatory bodies).
- Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance Certis’ Sustainability initiatives.
Skills & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting.
- Professional certifications in Sustainability.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
