Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sustainability Reporting
   • Develop and manage Certis’ Sustainability reporting framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
   • Prepare Sustainability reports which are aligned to international standards such as GRI, ISSB S1 and S2 etc.
   • Identify appropriate processes and work closely with various teams to gather relevant information and integrate Sustainability reporting practices across the organization.
   • Manage the data collection, analysis and reporting for Sustainability reports and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
   • Coordinate with and manage external support (i.e. sustainability advisors, consultants or external assurance auditors) with various teams to ensure the deliverables are according to the contract requirements.
   • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability and ensuring the implications for the organisation are understood and communicated.
2. Sustainability Initiatives/ Strategies
   • Develop and execute long-term sustainability plans (including but not limited to reducing carbon emissions, reducing climate-related risks on Certis).
   • Monitor, report, and evaluate effectiveness of sustainability project implementations.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
   • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including but not limited to customers, shareholders, Board of Directors and regulatory bodies).
   • Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance Certis’ Sustainability initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting.
• Professional certifications in Sustainability.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
