Senior Manager, SAP Project Manager

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing SAP project implementations. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
4. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration amongst project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
6. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and client standards.
7. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learnt and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP project management.
3. Proven experience in managing multiple SAP project implementations.
4. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
6. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. PMP or SAP certification is a plus.
