The Senior Manager will drive and oversee retail leasing including marketing and promotion of commercial spaces for a leading managing agent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Co-formulate, drive and execute strategies, improve performance, implement potential asset enhancement initiatives that focus on the Company's objectives and market opportunities.
Maximize sales and revenue through leasing, ensure profitability and operational viability including forecasting sales figures and inventory requirement for each location.
Build and develop good landlord, tenant and stakeholder relationship and promote the Company's values.
Lead and promote synergy across Leasing, Lease Management, Marketing and Operation teams, promoting cross-functional communication.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Eight years of relevant experience in retail property, with proven team management experience
Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications. Real Estate License by CEA is an added advantage
Strong retail background with good management of leasing, marketing and operations matters.
High business acumen with excellent financial skills to handle annual budgets and conduct feasibility studies.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage the interests of the various internal and external stakeholders.
