Senior manager retail leasing

Our client is a leading real estate group with a strong portfolio of retail assets. They are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Retail Leasing to drive leasing strategies, optimize tenant mix, and maximize revenue growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in driving the leasing strategy for a premier retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement leasing plans to maximize occupancy and rental revenue.
2. Tenant Acquisition & Negotiation: Identify and secure new tenants while managing lease renewals and negotiations.
3. Tenant Relations & Portfolio Management: Build strong relationships with tenants, assess expansion opportunities, and ensure a well-balanced tenant mix.
4. Market Research & Performance Analysis: Monitor retail market trends, analyze sales performance, and make data-driven leasing recommendations.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with asset management, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the retail experience.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of retail leasing experience, preferably managing a large shopping mall or mixed-use developments.
2. Industry Background: Candidates with leasing, marketing, or consultancy experience in commercial/retail real estate will be considered.
3. Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
