Senior Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute building maintenance and operational programs for all facilities.
2. Manage and handle all client contracts, including contractors and sub-contractors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks.
3. Manage and handle all A&A works, including preparing technical and economical offer, planning resources, and executing the job within the required deadline.
4. Coordinate and enact site safety & quality programs, while making sure safety & quality policies are maintained.
5. Ensure the efficiency and operational capacity of the BMS/IBMS systems.
6. Prepare operation reports, maintenance budgets, and provide related analysis.
7. Make sure that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe, and that all compliance programs are being met.
8. Handle all the facilities planning, resource deployment, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities.
9. Manage, handle, and supervise all facilities engineers and technicians, provide guidance and mentorship as well as orientation for new recruited staff.
10. Develop various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues.
11. Attend regular meetings with customers as well as internal departmental briefings.
12. Prepare and file all relevant reports with the government and regulatory authorities as well as for internal company auditing purposes.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of professional work experience in Facility Maintenance.
2. Good understanding of maintenance environments, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
3. Experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of Building Maintenance System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage systems (ELV), DDC/PLC programming and SCADA design & operation.
4. Experience in serving multiple customers.

Qualifications

1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management or any other relevant discipline from a reputable local or foreign university or polytechnic.
2. Certification in Facilities Management will be an added advantage.
