Perfect Store Sr. Manager

This position reports into Customer Director and is based in Singapore.

What will you do

The Perfect Store Sr. Manager drives Physical Availability for Kenvue’s brands by leading the Perfect Store deployment in Asia Pacific. This role is primarily responsible for in-store excellence regionally and commercial planning. This role also supports coordinating Global, Regional and Local Perfect Store for offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Perfect Store deployment and execution across markets: collaborating with market and regional cross-function partners to set in-store excellence action standards, enable in-market execution, gap analysis, performance reviews and related sales incentive/reward programs.
  2. Own the relationship with markets on Distributor Excellence, including upskilling capabilities, SFA and contract management.
  3. Partner with markets to optimise Route to Market for Kenvue’s brands by connecting external competitive factors to cost to serve.
  4. Support strategic projects and Regional Retail Excellence Team on key customer performance metrics.
  5. Lead deployment of APAC Perfect Store Strategy:
  6. Deploy global KPIs and facilitate market trainings.
  7. Produce reports to support business rhythm and Perfect Store KPI delivery.
  8. Provide insight to regional team and markets to support KPI delivery.
  9. Link to RTM and ROI for effective execution.
  10. Lead best practice sharing initiatives across the global & regional market community for Perfect Store.
  11. Co-lead ongoing improvements on data insights dashboards for Perfect Store with IT & Data team.
  12. Engage and connect cross-functional stakeholders regionally & locally to support in the execution of strategic projects for Perfect Store.
  13. Drive the sourcing and engagement of external vendors, agency partners (e.g. creative agencies, events companies, training consultants) to provide required deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years total business experience required across multiple FMCG. Experience in Trade Marketing or Customer Development is a must.
  2. Strong knowledge of Kenvue Perfect Store Program/previous experience on Perfect Store.
  3. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment; proven record in project management skills.
  4. Strong analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and facts.
  5. Experience in working with agencies, 3rd party suppliers and external vendors.
  6. Up to 20% travel may be required.
