Job Description
Communications & Media Support:

1. Assist in formulating and executing communications and media plans across multiple revenue streams.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of communications initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams.
3. Support the Director in creating positive news to drive PR value across both local and global earned media channels.
4. Assist in reviewing and refining communications materials, including sales decks, in-house collateral, press materials, ad copies, and digital assets.
5. Support the development of content that showcases the unique features of the hotels, convention centre, dining outlets, and spa.

Campaign & Event Management

1. Coordinate and manage the execution of communications campaigns, ensuring alignment with digital, social, email, and traditional marketing strategies.
2. Assist in hosting media, bloggers, influencers, and content creators to secure positive coverage and drive revenue.
3. Support the marketing and promotion of hotel-led events to achieve attendance and engagement goals.

Market Research & Analysis

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research, analyze consumer preferences, and monitor competitive landscapes.
2. Provide insights and recommendations to improve communications strategies and support business objectives.

Partner & Industry Engagement

1. Assist the Director in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key industry players and collaborators.
2. Support co-branded guest experiences through active engagement with relevant brands.

Budgeting & Reporting

1. Assist in monitoring the budget for communications campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to forecasts.
2. Prepare regular performance reports and contribute to the analysis of campaign effectiveness.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Director on special Sales & Marketing projects as needed.
2. Ensure compliance with hotel and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. A minimum of 5 years of marketing, public relations or media experience.
2. Familiar with the hospitality dynamics in Singapore and the region.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles, with a focus on the latest trends.
4. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
6. Familiarity with media management, influencer engagement, and digital analytics tools.
7. Strong media network will be a major advantage.
8. Expertise in press release, media management, influencer engagement.
9. Proficiency with influencer analysis and media monitoring platforms.
10. Creative thinking and the ability to stay updated with current hospitality and marketing trends.
11. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
