Job Description
You will support the Head, Strategic Planning, to lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive the growth and operational effectiveness of CapitaLand Development (CLD) Group.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Deal Evaluation: Organize and serve as secretariat for bi-monthly deal evaluation committee meetings, ensuring seamless execution and documentation.
- Deal Tracking: Track all deal-related matters, including documentation, performance tracking against underwriting, post-mortem assessments, etc.
- Drive innovation: Lead initiatives to foster innovation within the Company, including organizing workshops, talks, training sessions and annual symposium.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to innovate or streamline internal processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor real estate trends and assess their impact on the Group’s business strategies and investments.
- Strategic Planning Support: Provide support for various aspects of strategic planning work including formulation of strategies.
- Stakeholder Communications: Consolidate and synthesize information from various sources to support the communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Others: Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related discipline.
- Preferably a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with a high degree of drive and professionalism.
- Strong people skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
