Senior Manager / Manager, Sales (Corporate)
Job description
Summary
To grow the corporate business and maximize room sales revenue for the Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target for room sales revenue
- Develop new business and manage existing accounts with a focus on building long term relationships
- Engage customers by attending to sales enquiries and conducting site visits
- Responsible for RFP process
- Sourcing for and meeting new clients
- Work on first inquiry with Events Manager for corporate clients interested in events booking
- Prepare daily and weekly sales call report
- Prepare Monthly Account Summary and Production report
- Conducting Pre-Conference meetings with various departments such as Front Office and F&B
Job Requirements:
- 3 years and above of corporate sales experience in Hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- IT proficiency in MS office applications and Hotel Systems
- Self motivated and results-focused
- Fresh diploma or degree graduates are welcome to apply
