SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (TEAM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independent and self-motivated
• Lead teams to manage strata-titled developments
• Ensure high property management standards and service levels
• Cultivate good relations with all related parties
• Staff training

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building, Estate / Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent
• More than 8 years experience in property management with strata-titled developments and preferably as Team/Portfolio Manager
• Good knowledge of BMSMA and other relevant legislations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Possess personal transport
