We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a dynamic and driven Senior Manager/Manager to join their Concessions Planning & Leasing team. This team plays a pivotal role in enhancing the competitiveness of a world-class retail, F&B, and services environment, delivering exceptional experiences for consumers and setting new benchmarks for innovation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape leasing strategies and lead the planning for a portfolio of concession categories. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing the concession mix, marketing available spaces, and driving tenant engagement. You'll also be involved in strategic initiatives, such as asset enhancement projects and business performance analysis.
Depending on the role level, you may lead a team or work as an individual contributor, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and strengthening your analytical, business, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies and plans for concession spaces.
- Market concession opportunities and attract prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, fostering mutual growth.
- Lead lease negotiations and oversee leasing exercises.
- Analyze proposals and make recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare presentations for management approvals, showcasing strong analytical insights.
- Contribute to asset enhancement and terminal development projects.
What We're Looking For:
Senior Manager:
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- 12-15 years of experience, preferably in leasing, business planning, or a related field.
- Expertise in reviewing submissions and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong people management skills and experience in strategic business planning.
Manager:
- 8-9 years of experience, with a focus on leasing or business analysis.
- Ability to manage a small team or work as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skills with a flair for financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Experience presenting complex structures to C-suite executives.
General Requirements:
- A degree in Accountancy, Business, Economics, or Finance from a reputable university.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail, with a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Passion for retail and F&B, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
