Senior Manager/ Manager, Finance

Job Description

1. Oversee the finance & accounting function/ process, including tax matters.
2. Review overall consolidated management accounts, financial statements, forecasts and budgets, quarterly SGX announcement.
3. Key liaisons with internal/external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
4. Key liaison with overseas finance teams and ensure timely reporting from them.
5. Lead REIT compliance matters, delegation of authority, and adherence to internal controls.
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. Recognised Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA or CPA.
2. At least 7 years working experience.
3. Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies/REITS.
4. Experience in budget/forecast.
5. Meticulous, committed, and good team player with strong analytical skills.
6. Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
7. Prior experience working in a REIT will be an added advantage.
