Senior Manager / Manager, Finance

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting functions including fixed assets, payments, and general ledger
• Management accounting function, including preparation of monthly cost allocation, management reports, and analysis
• Liaise with auditors for year-end audit and preparation of audited financial statements
• Preparation of quarterly GST return
• Liaise with tax agent for corporate tax filing
• Lead the annual budgeting and annual costing review
• Cover duties of Business Office, when necessary
• Supervise Finance / Business Office Executives
• Participate in audit and other Finance initiatives and drive projects when necessary

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of financial accounting experience (Full set and fixed assets experience required)
• With hospital or nursing home setting experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in MS Excel)
• Develop budget, operating plans, and forecasts together with stakeholders
• Develop and establish financial policies & procedures
• Drive accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
• Excellent Relationship Management, planning & organisational skills
