Job description

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • Lead customer engagement efforts to ensure the successful implementation of solutions, monitoring their performance post-deployment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their specific use cases, assessing requirements to determine the optimal robotic solutions.

  • Propose cost-effective robotic solutions, including recommendations for deployment, timeline, and associated resources, ensuring that all technical and operational aspects align with client goals.

  • Work alongside sales and technical teams to establish clear project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each customer engagement.

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring continuous communication to address concerns, provide updates, and resolve any operational issues.

  • Coordinate with engineering and product teams to understand new product offerings and work towards enhancing current customer solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements in customer support processes and propose adjustments to increase overall efficiency and satisfaction.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on robotic solutions and related technologies, and share insights with clients and internal teams to improve solutions and processes.

  • Advise customers on the deployment of robotics in their operations, ensuring that the recommended solutions align with both technical capabilities and business objectives.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in customer support and operations, with a focus on post-sales engagement in technology or robotics.

  • Experience with robotics technology, specifically in customer-facing roles (e.g., SST, CAS, ISG, etc.), with an understanding of the deployment lifecycle.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to propose, plan, and implement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly terms, with the ability to explain complex robotics solutions clearly.

  • Experience in cost estimation and resource management, ensuring that customer expectations align with operational constraints.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in technology deployment, ideally in robotics, automation, or similar technical fields.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices for customer support, with a focus on process improvement and customer-centric solutions.
