The Company


Opportunity to join a global Food & Beverage Solutions leader catering to the Hospitality industry as Senior Manager/Manager, Corporate Finance & Business Development.

The Role


Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will drive M&A, joint ventures, strategy, and business development initiatives, playing a key role in shaping the company's growth.

1. Lead and coordinate M&A projects from proposal to integration, including market analysis, business case development, financial modeling, valuation, negotiations, and executive presentations.
2. Conduct industry, company, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
3. Partner with business units and key internal functions to ensure the success of business development initiatives.
4. Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
5. Drive new service offerings in the non-aviation Food Services segment, collaborating with commercial and regional teams.
6. Act as a strategic business partner to regional commercial teams and internal stakeholders, supporting corporate growth strategies.

Your Profile


As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

1. 8-10 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Development, preferably within Big 4 consulting and/or a multinational corporation.
2. Strong financial modeling and due diligence experience is essential.
3. Prior exposure to the China market and experience liaising with Chinese stakeholders is highly preferred.
4. Hands-on, proactive approach, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to engage and present to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
6. Comfortable managing interactions across multiple time zones.
