What The Role Is

  • You will be part of our team that leads the formulation and evaluation of policy frameworks for centre-based care services.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, WOG agencies, and other key stakeholders such as private service providers to develop integrated solutions.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of implemented policies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving needs of Singapore’s ageing population.

You will be working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.


What You Will Be Working On

As part of this team, your specific roles would involve:

  • Developing, reviewing, and implementing caregiver support strategies as part of MOH’s overall strategy to support ageing-in-place.
  • Working closely with other agencies and key stakeholders to oversee ground implementation of caregiver support initiatives, such as respite care services and the Caregivers Training Grant, and reviewing their effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and analysing population trends and citizen feedback, and conceptualising, developing, and evaluating pilots on new caregiver support initiatives to ensure that appropriate support is rendered to families caring for seniors with care needs.
What We Are Looking For

  • Relevant working experience in healthcare, social services, and/or policy formulation is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous and comfortable with numbers.
  • Highly motivated and able to effectively work in a team in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with and bring on board multiple stakeholders with diverse interests.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
