Summary
You will be working with our client who specializes in the healthcare and technology space. You will be working in the CIO office to improve IT operations processes and facilitate business process re-engineering workshops.
Responsibilities
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to map current state and future state processes, identifying key pain points and areas for improvement.
Analyze, redesign, and optimize core business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Detailed current state process maps highlighting inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.
Comprehensive future state process maps and streamlined workflows.
Reports outlining identified improvement opportunities and recommended action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 10-12 years of experience in leading business process re-engineering workshops and the ability to effectively collaborate with staff at all levels.
Strong facilitation skills to effectively lead workshops, manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and guide stakeholders through the process of analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing business processes.
Must have prior experience in process mapping software such as Visio, Excel, etc.
Good understanding and knowledge of IT operation processes and in a public healthcare setting will be advantageous.
Industry-recognized certifications such as Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Facilitation, ITIL, or PMP will be advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as an effective team player in complex organizations.
