To serve in a dual capacity as both an HR Business Partner for assigned leaders/regions and as the Talent Management specialist supporting the broader Asia business.
To work closely with and support the Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia to be a strategic people partner to the business.
To be a trusted advisor to people managers and staff on all HR matters.
To deliver on people agenda through partnership and collaboration with the HR COEs.
To be a valued team member within the Asia HRBP team to help shape a high performance culture, foster engagement, and build talents.
To drive talent management excellence through innovative succession planning, leadership development, and performance optimization strategies as a member of the global Talent Management team.
Core Requirements:
More than 5 years of solid HR experience with at least 3 years in a HRBP role.
Experience in Talent Management and HRBP preferred.
Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs.
Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and solve complex HR challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a healthy dose of empathy and tact.
Self-starter, positive and driven.
Mature in thinking and balance in approach.
