This role will be a key member of the HR Services leadership team, developing and implementing extraordinary, progressive HR services, processes, and systems. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team of professionals passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation, and employee culture. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across Oracle.

As a Senior Manager, HR Services, you will:

  • Lead with care and compassion, develop efficient and simple processes, systems, policies, and programs
  • Deliver data that is useful and accurate to create people-related strategies across the business
  • Lead people data and build project management capability across HR
  • Ensure Oracle remains protected and compliant in functional areas
  • Strive to provide employees the resources and support they need to develop and thrive in their roles
  • Achieve business objectives, lead and sponsor multiple sophisticated initiatives across operation functions, systems, and regions
  • Contribute through others to drive implementation of improvement
  • Exercise sound judgment and business acumen to influence outcomes
  • Analyze requirements, collaborate globally, and drive project management
  • Standardize, simplify, and automate HR operational processes and services

  • Ability to communicate with impact at both regional and global levels
  • Extensive experience managing complex regional and global projects
  • Hands-on approach to understanding processes and resolving issues
  • Operational leadership experience with a focus on data-driven decisions
  • Strong operational process knowledge and management experience
  • Experience leading multicultural teams and collaborating with various teams
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement methodologies
  • 10+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational boundaries
