As a Senior/Manager HR, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Guide staff through Conflict of Interest declarations, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Assist with policy compliance and support HR audits (non-payroll).
  • Communicate key policies to all staff, helping them understand and follow the rules.
  • Prepare staff lists and manage access for surveys to ensure high participation.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze survey results and create reports to highlight improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop action plans and present findings to management.
  • Take on other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HR Management qualification is a bonus).
  • Min 5 years working experience in HR field.
  • Positive attitude, strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
  • Good interpersonal and professional ethics.
  • Familiarity with systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
