Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Work with relevant stakeholders/experts councils to plan, project, and build expertise pipeline at all levels.
  2. Design and develop progressive and learning pathways.
  3. Carry out job evaluation, identify job competency gaps, and learning needs.
  4. Develop Job Competency Frameworks and related job role skills maps.
  5. Design and develop program architecture and curricula.
  6. Work with institutions on skills inventory management and drive related job re-design and JST initiatives with each job family domain.
  7. Work with stakeholders on formulating common guidelines, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

  1. A Master's degree in HRD, Education, or training-related domains is preferable.
  2. Minimum 10 years in human resource development or related learning and development experience; working in large public or private sector organizations. Key competencies required include:
