Role & Responsibilities
• Expected to be responsible for following roles for 1) Shiseido Interactive Beauty (SIB), 2) Global HQ and as below;
Partnership for SIB
• Work with SIB CEO (HQ CITO and SJ CDO) closely with vendor and create strategy for IT/DX/SIB function.
• Support detailed business planning for FY26 and beyond from HR perspective
• Provide HR consultation to SIB Planning & Administration VP and SIB HR Sub-Lead closely to support SIB GM role in the areas of Recruitment, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Organization Development and HR Service & Operation.
• Part of steering Committee with Accenture to manage strategy governance and KPIs.
HRBP Support for Global HQ
• Support 1) Business Transformation Dept, 2) Information Security Dept, 3) Global IT Strategy Dept, 4) Shiseido Interactive Beauty Company as HR Business Partner
• Work with HQ HR COE closely to provide HR professional consultation services with CxO and Executives in IT function
• Lead “Global One IT” project on behalf of HQ HR towards 2026-2027
• Partner with CPO, CITO, CFO to make Global One IT a reality
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of HRBP experience, preferably within the IT field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development / Organization Development, Total Rewards and Service Operation
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience working in a global company headquarters is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of Japanese labor laws, regulations, market practice and cultural norms are preferred as the role involving compliance and coordination with our Japan HQ and partners.
