The Position
HR Business Partner, Singapore
As the Singapore HR Business Partner, you will develop and drive people strategies for all of our businesses in Thailand. You will be part of the Thailand Leadership Team and a valuable member of the regional South Asia Pacific HR Leadership team.
You will partner closely with the business to drive an inclusive and diverse culture and create relevant human resource policies and programs for employees in line with business needs. You will develop a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, talent development, rewards, employee and labor relations, and drive effective HR service delivery across business units.
You will engage with all areas of business to ensure strategic initiatives integrate human capital considerations. You will bring your strong HR operational skills and knowledge of best practices. You will need considerable personal confidence, be decisive and agile, and intellectually sharp with sound judgment.
Your role responsibilities
As a HR Leader and Business Partner, you will provide counsel on all HR matters and ensure that HR goals are aligned with Carrier’s strategic plans and programs for Singapore-based business units with a focus on the following:

Reports to: South Asia Pacific (SAP) Regional HR Director.
Peer Relationship: SAP HR Business Partners, Singapore Country Leadership team, COEs, and Global People Services.
Benefits
Position will be based in either Singapore or Malaysia. Expected travel will be 30%.
