Job Description
As the Senior Manager – Hospital Marketing, Asia, you will play a critical role in shaping how leading hospitals integrate robotic-assisted surgery and digital solutions into their healthcare ecosystem. You will engage with C-suite executives, hospital administrators, and surgical leaders to position Intuitive’s technology as a cornerstone of modern surgical programs.
This is a high-impact role where you will:
- Develop and execute strategic hospital marketing initiatives to drive the adoption of robotic-assisted surgery across Asia.
- Engage with hospital executives and senior decision-makers to influence multi-million dollar capital investments.
- Create data-driven value propositions that demonstrate the economic, clinical, and operational benefits of our solutions.
- Lead executive summits, peer-to-peer engagements, and thought leadership programs to accelerate market adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and corporate teams to drive business growth and competitive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies that align robotic-assisted surgery with hospital priorities.
- Partner with sales and country leadership teams to expand adoption across key markets in Asia, including Japan, China, and Korea.
- Drive multi-system installations, enabling hospitals to integrate robotic-assisted surgery across multiple specialties.
Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with hospital executives, positioning Intuitive as a long-term strategic partner.
- Develop and nurture Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites to accelerate hospital adoption.
- Design and execute executive summits, strategic roundtables, and peer-learning programs to influence hospital decision-making.
Data-Driven Marketing & Competitive Positioning
- Leverage real-world hospital data, health economics, and clinical outcomes to create compelling business cases.
- Develop high-impact value messaging that differentiates Intuitive in the market.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address competitive challenges and enhance hospital engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with sales, clinical, finance, and corporate teams to develop and implement strategic hospital marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing strategies with hospital purchasing behaviors, digital healthcare trends, and surgical innovations.
- Drive hospital engagement at major industry events, robotic symposia, and executive forums.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA/MS preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in medical device, hospital marketing, or healthcare marketing.
- 3+ years of experience working with hospital executives, administrators, or key healthcare decision-makers.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across Asia and the U.S.
